The petitioner filed this writ petition being aggrieved

by the selection of Anganwari Sevika at Centre No.290, Ward No.14 of Panchayat Raj Dhokraha, Block Manjhawlia , DistrictWest Champaran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dominant caste of Ward No.14 is Koeri but the candidate of general category has been selected for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika.

There is a procedure for appeal/complaint before the District Programme Officer against the process of selection of

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
