The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that many persons filed CWJC No. 10967 of 2018 and this court by order dated 26.07.2019 directed the Collector to initiate the process of appointment of class-IV posts.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Aurangabad to initiate the process of appoint of class-IV posts, if the same has not been initiated, and the petitioner, if advertisement is issued, may apply for his appointment on classIV posts.
With the aforesaid, direction this writ petition is disposed of.
