The petitioners filed this writ petition for a direction
to respondent no.6 to consider the representation of the petitioners as the authority refused to take works from the petitioners, who were appointed on daily wages.
On the face of it, it appears that the petitioners were appointed as Computer Operator on daily wages in the office of District Agriculture Department, Gopalganj and when there is no work, the authority refused to take works from the

petitioners. The petitioners have got no legal right to continue the work on daily wages.
Having considered the facts, I do not find any merit in
this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
