Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in CWJC No.19106 of 2019, this Court directed the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner to see that the scheme of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act is strictly adhered to so that the petitioners, who are working on the post of Teachers may be benefitted by the scheme of E.P.F.
I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioners that the petitioners may also file petition before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, respondent no.4, for the needful.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
