2 22-04-2019 In Paragraph ‘16’ of the writ application, the petitioner has made a statement that for redressal of her grievance she had made a representation before the concerned authorities with all facts but there is no result of such representation. Annexure ‘7’ is dated 06.07.2018 and has been submitted in the office of the District Officer, Supaul.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner has already moved before the competent authority for redressal of her grievance, this writ application may be disposed of with an appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Supaul (respondent no.2).

Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner and the materials available on the record, this Court directs the District Magistrate, Supaul (respondent no.2) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider the same and after hearing all the contesting parties, an appropriate decision be taken thereon within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ application stands disposed of, accordingly.
