Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Bhojpur at Ara by filing appropriate representation regarding their aforesaid grievances within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the afore-said District Magistrate shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
