The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to sell the stamp, non-judicial stamp paper etc. at his allotted place which has been mentioned in his Licence no. 03/01, within the Sub-Divisional court compound.

It is the complain of the petitioner that the petitioner has been ousted from the place where he is selling stamp, by the respondent no. 5, though he has been selling the stamp at that place since the year 2001.

Having regard to the nature of dispute involved in the present case, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to

the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievance by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the District Magistrate, Khagaria by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
