The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is

to restore the Arms Appeal No. 162 of 2014, which has been dismissed in default on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also those made in the present petition, the present writ petition stands allowed and the order dated 21.6.2018 passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra is quashed with a direction to the learned Commissioner to adjudicate the
