The petitioner has questioned selection of respondent No.6 on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre No. 324 of Panchayat Betauna, in the District of Madhubani and has staked her claim on the said post on the ground of being superior in merit.

The petitioner has remedy of filing complaint/representation before the Child Development Project Officer under the revised guidelines issued by the Welfare

Department, Government of Bihar, dealing with the selection and service conditions of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka under integrated Child Development Service. The said remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.

This application is accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make representation/complaint before appropriate authority, in accordance with law, as provided under the guidelines.
