In view of order of even date passed in C.W.J.C. No.12393 of 2019 (Bihar State Co-Operative Marketing Union Ltd. (BISCOMAUN) vs. Central Board of Trustee and Ors.), this writ petition is being disposed of in the term that the petitioner will be obliged to file an application before the BISCOMAUN. In turn, the amount claimed by the petitioner will be verified and attested by the BISCOMAUN and the same will be sent to the Employees Provident Fund Organization for
