Admittedly, the entire retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner herein, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the upto date statutory interest has not been paid on the GPF amount.
Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to furnish a calculation chart showing upto date payment of statutory interest on the GPF amount and in case the same has not been paid, the same shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
It is needless to state that in case any other grievances subsists, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the departmental authorities for redressal of her grievances.
