In view of the statements present in the writ application that the petitioner has been pursuing her remedy in Eviction Execution Case No. 256/2015 in the court of learned Sub-Judge-III, Patna, this court finds no reason to issue any direction sitting in it’s writ jurisdiction.
The writ application is not fit to be entertained and is disposed of accordingly.
It is open for the petitioner to request learned SubJudge-III, Patna to expedite the hearing of the Eviction Execution Case which is pending for the last few years.
