Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority in Appeal no. 23 of 2015, she would be preferring her appeal before the State Level Forum.
In view of such submission, no further orders need to be passed in the instant writ petition. The same is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. However, it would be open to the petitioner to raise the issue of pendency of the instant proceedings in this Court for meeting the ground of delay before the State Appellate Tribunal.
