Petitioner who retired from the Zila Parishad,

Bhojpur, Ara as Assistant on 31.05.2015 claims payment of retiral dues, difference of salary, arrears of salary and provident fund which has not yet been paid to the petitioner along with 18% interest on the due amount.

Considering the nature of claim and the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the

respondent no.5 which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
