A counter affidavit has been filed by the State on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 stating therein that the CPF amount along with statutory interest amounting to Rs. 90,661/- for the period of June, 1981 to October 2018 has been sanctioned and the same has been submitted before the Treasury

Considering the said averment, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Aurangabad to make payment of the sanctioned amount of CPF in the account of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Order.
