account of order of punishment dated 30.01.2015, which only awards punishment of censure he would be entitled to pay salary for the period of suspension. He submits that for the said benefit, he would be approaching District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara and making representation.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this court would dispose off writ petition with direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.2) to take final decision on the petitioner's claim, if same is filed within four weeks along with a copy of this order. Decision should be taken and amount found due be paid to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
