The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the death-cum-retiral dues of the petitioner herein, has now stood paid. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the calculation chart be furnished to the petitioner so that it can be verified as to whether the full amount of the retiral dues have been paid or not.

This Court deems it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for obtaining calculation chart.

submits that revision of pay/ pension is required to be carried out as per the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Revision Committee, in case the same has not been done. The respondents are directed to revise the pay/ pension, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today, in case the same has not already been done.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
