Although, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant arms licence to the petitioner, for which the petitioner had applied in the year 2013, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would be filing a fresh application for grant of arms licence before the concerned District Magistrate/ the District Arms Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari within a period of four weeks from today and the same be directed to be disposed off expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for
