The present revision application has been preferred for setting aside the order dated 09.10.2018 passed in Maintenance Case No.195 of 2017, whereby and where under the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur has directed the petitioner to pay Rs.6000/- to opposite party No.2 as interim relief.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has already been settled between the parties. Hence, the present application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application along with I.A. No.1 of 2019 stands disposed of as being infructuous.
