The petitioner No.1 was a victim for a case instituted under Section 366A of I.P.C. She was sent to Nari Niketan, Gaighat, Patna as being minor. Subsequently it was held by the court below that she is major. She has been released by the court below. Hence, the present application has become infructuous.
So far petitioner No.2 is concerned, the counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the application on his behalf as he happens to be the husband of petitioner No.1.
The application is dismissed as being infructuous.
