The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S.Case No.27 of 2018 dated 10.9.2018

, registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 504 and506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual intercourse with the informant on the pretext of marriage with her and thereafter he used to threaten her of making the video viral.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl is not minor rather the medical board suggestes that she is aged about 18-19 years and furthermore she appears to be consensual party.

bail on the ground that the petitioner has made physical relation with her and she was also threatened of making the video viral and in spite of assurance to marry her within two months, he left the informant.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge Ist, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S.Case No.27 of 2018 dated 10.9.2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
