The petitioners seek bail in Jhajha P. S. Case No. 293 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B, 120b/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. They are old persons.
From the allegation in the written report, it appears that general and omnibus allegation are levelled against the petitioners.
Petitioners are in custody since 6.8.2018.
