learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 465 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.
In the instant case prosecution report was called for. From perusal of the prosecution report it appears that the seized material contain liquor (fermented solution of Rabba & Mahua) ethyl alcohal content 15.3% and intoxicant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2019.
Considering the period of custody , let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
