Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Appellants are aggrieved by the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge1st-cum-Special Judge S.C./S.T., Saran in A.B.P. No. 2027/2019 in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(r) (s) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellants have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that

there is case and counter case between the parties and there is no specific allegation against these appellants. The allegation against these appellants is general and omnibus.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the allegation against these appellants is not specific, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the appellants, let the appellants, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cumSpecial Judge S.C./S.T., Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
