The petitioners are in custody in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) (B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against 11 persons including the petitioners for the alleged involvement of manufacturing illicit liquor. He further submits that out of 11 named accused persons, Deep Yadav and 7 others have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75124 of 2019. The petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019.
