Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 31.980 ltrs of foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
