The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Case No.C2460 of 2018/591 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police raided a place situated behind a school and recovered 3.27 liters Indian made foreign liquor and 20.1 liters country made liquor from a hut. One Nitesh Kumar has been apprehended. Petitioner was also named in the complaint petition.

It is submitted that there is no material to show that the petitioner had kept the liquor in a hut situated behind the school.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Prosecution Report of C2-460 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
