The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 3491 © of 2015 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that petitioner took Rs. 75,000/- from the petitioner for providing him job but the petitioner did not provide him job nor returned the money.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and complainant are good friends. On demand the complainant lent money to the petitioner. The petitioner returned borrowed money but on account of non payment of interest accruing thereon the complainant has lodged this false case.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ved Prakash Modi, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Patna in connection with Compalint Case No. 3491 (C) of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
