3 25-11-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur PS case no. 121 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 232 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the co-accused namely Rajdeep Yadav.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 03.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur PS case no. 121 of 2019.
