Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 386, 387, 420, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A of I.T. Act.
Prosecution story is that the petitioner and the informant were working as NGO and allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken some obscene photographs of the informant and thereafter the same were sent to her sasural, due to which she was ousted from her sasural and he has having sexual relationship with her.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact after marriage she returned and requested

the petitioner for her engagement as NGO, on which he refused and for that the present case has been filed.
Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that the allegations are serious and due to action of the petitioner she was ousted from her matrimonial house.
In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
