Earlier on appearance of both the parties, matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center. The report of the Mediator has been received, which is kept at flag - ‘B’ from which, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation on the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in pursuance of settlement reached between the parties, they are now living together.
