Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR some miscreants tried to commit theft in the house of the informant and one co-accused was arrested, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as an associate.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent.
