Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has been involved in trafficking illicit liquor. The petitioner has indeed engaged in the illicit trafficking liquor. Through search and investigation, 54 liters countrymade wine was recovered at the place of occurrence.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019.
