ORAL ORDER
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.234 of 2019 registered under Sections 447, 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that 11 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners came at the door of the

informant Nurjahan Bibi having lathi, danda, bricks and stones in their hand and started to cause assault. In that course, they caused injury to Md. Yusuf, the husband of the informant, and her sons Md. Pappu and Md. Ali. The cause of occurrence is said to be of the dispute regarding the lane. In course of the occurrence of “Maar-Peet”, Md. Sanny (petitioner no.1) snatched silver ornaments from the neck of the informant and gold earring from the ear of the daughter-in-law of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners to cause injury to the husband and two sons of the informant. In the occurrence, only the husband of the informant sustained three injuries, i.e, abrasion on left thigh, swelling on upper and lower region of right eye and swelling on nose but the opinion regarding the nature of the injuries was kept reserved. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.234 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
