4 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 342/223/224/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 13(2) of the P.C. Act, Section 3(2) (ii) of the SC/ST Act and Section 50(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is that the petitioner and other co-accused fled away from the police station in collusion with the constable on duty.
Similarly situated co-accused Mangal Singh has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. There is no case of tampering with the evidence. Investigation

of the case is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S. Case No.32 of 2019, with following conditions:
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
