Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.40 of 2019/G.R. No.503 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, moved from her parental house on 26.03.2019, saying that she is going to the house of her friend but she did not return. In course of her search, the informant came to know that Abhishek Kumar has kidnapped his daughter with the help of his parents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific allegation of

kidnapping the daughter of the informant is against Abhishek Kumar, the son of the petitioner, but with an ulterior motive, the petitioner being the father of Abhishek Kumar has also been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikram Ganj, Rohtas, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.40 of 2019/G.R. No.503 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
