6 12-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.290 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354B, 506, 379, 34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is of caught hold hands of the informant and tried to tease her and further allegation of tearing her blouse.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, there is also a complaint case has been lodged by the wife of petitioner no.1, due to which, the present case has been filed.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant also, they opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on

the ground that petitioners have not mentioned criminal antecedent in this application but he is an accused in a criminal case bearing No.323/2018 and they have suppressed the above fact.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, especially the petitioners have not disclosed the previous criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail on the basis of materials available on record.

With the aforesaid, this application is dismissed.
