This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 204 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304-B, 201, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner happens to be the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. Case of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

that he is residing separately and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the family members including the family of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
