3 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 523 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, the deceased committed suicide leaving suicide note in which he disclosed that due to torture and pressure of Manager of Canara Bank he committed suicide.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused Alok Kumar Sinha has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the then co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 6.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 31395 of 2016. It has further been submitted that deceased had taken loan of Rs.1 crore from Canara Bank and also taken paddy and wheat worth

Rs.12 lac which he could not pay, as such he has committed suicide.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 523 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
