The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 598(C) of 2018, registered under Sections 323, 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing the complainantopposite party no. 2 by her husband and in-laws due to non-

fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing from her matrimonial house along with her minor daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brotherin-law and Gotni of the complainant-opposite party no. 2 and they have falsely been implicated in the present case with general allegation of torturing.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 598(C) of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
