Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim girl does not reveal that she has alleged her kidnapping by anyone, rather she had left the school along with her relative.
Submission is that petitioner is not Mausa of the
victim girl.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below
