Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
APP for the State.
Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 342, 447, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are females. Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioners.
Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No. 149 of 2019,
