Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the Opposite Party and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 11.09.2019 matter has been sent before the Mediation Centre. Therefore, parties have appeared and the report of Mediation Centre is marked at ‘X’. The dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 382 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
