learned APP for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband of opposite party No.2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The marriage was solemnized in the year, 2004. Petitioner has stated on oath that he is ready for restoration of conjugal life.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
