Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
65 litres of liquor was recovered from beneath a toddy tree and it is alleged that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner , on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Deepnagar Police Station Case No. 321 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:-
(a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

jurisdiction of the learned court below.
