Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 353, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 29.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29402 of 2018, order dated 09.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78141 of 2018 and order dated 01.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28486 of 2019 (Annexure-2 series).

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Konch Police Station Case No. 03 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:-

(a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
