Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 411/414/272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
51 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of two persons including the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

pending in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.133 of 2019, with following conditions:
jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
