Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Spl. Case No.1525 of 2018 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No.334 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016..
The allegation is regarding recovery of 208 liters of Eskuf syrup and kodin syrupfrom the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 02.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Araria in connection with Spl. Case No.1525 of 2018 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No.334 of 2018
