The petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.02.2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to co-operate in the trial and has no criminal antecedent and shall abide by the terms and conditions of this Court.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur
