The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 28.10.2017 passed in S. Tr. No. 139 of 2016 arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court has already acquitted the petitioner in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2015 and in that view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
